 COVID-19 Policy

At Willenaway, the health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we request that you reschedule your reservation if you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms of illness. Additionally, please postpone your visit if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, is suspected to have the virus, or if you have recently traveled to an area currently under a travel advisory. We continuously maintain rigorous sanitization procedures throughout the property to provide a clean and secure setting for all visitors.

Booking & Reservation Details

The Inn at Willenaway accepts all major US credit cards. Room rates are based on double occupancy. Reservations are required. Our reservation system requires at least a 24 hour notice for bookings, however, you can always call the Innkeeper to check about a last minute reservation. Kate can be reached at 607-377-4963. At the time of reservation, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit for your stay. The other half will be charged on the day of arrival to the card on file. If the booking is made less than 7 days out from your reservation date, you will be required to pay in full. On top of the room rate, every booking is subject to a 8% state sales tax and 4% occupancy tax. During Peak Season, June - September, there is a 2 night minimum stay on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Check-in is available from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, with check-out scheduled for 10:00am. Should you have any special requirements regarding your arrival or departure times, please contact us in advance. We are committed to accommodating your travel needs and would be pleased to discuss how we can enhance your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If you notify us within 14 or more days from your arrival date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you inform us of your cancellation with less than 14 days until your arrival date, you will be charged one night's stay per booked room. If you inform us of your cancellation with less than 3 days until your arrival date, you will be charged a 100% fee. No refunds for no shows. No refunds for special event weekends (NASCAR).

House Rules

This is a smoke free facility. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside, away from all windows and guest common areas. We do not serve alcohol, but you are more than welcome to enjoy a drink if you choose to do so. We will provide corkscrews, bottle openers, or wine glasses if you may need them. We ask that you drink responsibly and be courteous of our other guests. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 7:30am. Please be respectful of this request. Willenaway is a pet free establishment. We would be more than happy to connect you with a local kennel service if need be! Each room will have a designated parking space. You are permitted one vehicle per room, unless otherwise requested and approved by our Innkeeper. We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning costs or property damage during your stay at the Innkeepers discretion.
